      1. Log in to your webmail for example http://yourdomainname.com/webmail
      2. Click the Settings link, located in the upper right corner of the webmail window.
      3. Click Composing Email, located in the left pane.
      4. Click the Signatures tab.
      5. Click the Add New Signature button.
      6. In the Signature Name box, enter a descriptive name. This is for your own reference and will not be displayed in your signature.
      7. In the Edit Signature area, enter the text for your signature, as desired. You can use Plain Text or HTML. If you use HTML, you can format your text as bold, italics, coloured text etc and insert images. Note: If you switch to Plain Text, you will lose any HTML formatting you have applied.
      8. Click the OK button.
      9. Click the Save button finally.

      CREATING SIGNATURE IN ROUNDCUBE

      1. Log in to Webmail.
      2. Select Roundcube if not already your default webmail.
      3. Click on “Settings” at the top right side of the page.
      4. On the Settings page, click on the “Identities” Tab.
      5. Double click on the email address that you want to create a signature for.
      6. Complete the form including the Signature Box.
      7. Select Save.

      CREATING SIGNATURE IN HORDE

      1. Log in to Webmail.
      2. Select Horde if not already your default webmail.
      3. Click on the Gear Icon>Preferences>Mail.
      4. Click Personal Information.
      5. Select the Default Identity.
      6. Add your signature in the Signature Box.
      7. Click Save at the bottom of the page.
