I tried to use PHP mailer but errors as follows.

      This answer was edited.

      Few Shared hosting will block you from using SSL with SMTP.

      Step 1: Try to change the port to 25 instead of 465.

      $mail = new PHPMailer();
      $mail->Port = 25;

      Step 2: You can use the default PHP mail() function.
      mail(“someone@example.com”,”subject”,”Test email”);
