Error: Invalid input datetime format of value in MAGENTO 2.3.2

My website is made in MAGENTO 2.3.2. I got the error while I was trying to login to Magento admin and opened an existing product for edit and clicked save.

      I also got the same error. I have temporarily fixed the issue until Magento fix it by modifying the Timezone.php file.

      The version of Magento: Magento 2.3.0
      Steps:
      1. Go to the below path and change the following
      vendor/magento/framework/Stdlib/DateTime/Timezone.php
      $date .= ” 0:00am”;
      to
      $date .= ” 0:00″;
